Last Updated: Oct 18, 2025

These standards apply to the mobile app “Get Vitals (com.getvitals.mobile)” published by Get Vitals on Google Play.

Get Vitals has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We comply with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and all applicable child protection regulations, as well as applicable child safety laws and regulations, including obligations to report confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the relevant authorities.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Get Vitals has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or grooming. Violations result in immediate removal and reporting.

1. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Get Vitals strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

  • Creation, sharing, or possession of CSAM or sexually explicit content involving a minor.
  • Child grooming or attempts to solicit, coerce, or engage a minor in sexual activity.
  • Sexualization of a minor, sextortion, trafficking, or any facilitation thereof.
  • Any other content or conduct that could endanger or exploit children.

2. Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report concerns or violations directly in the app via our in-app feedback and support forms, or by emailing our child safety point of contact below. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on our service, we will take prompt action consistent with our policies and applicable law, which may include removing the content, disabling accounts, preserving evidence, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.

3. In‑App Mechanism for User Feedback

Get Vitals provides multiple feedback and reporting channels:

  • The in‑app support form in the Support Contact page.
  • Email to our child safety point of contact listed below.

4. Compliance with Laws

We maintain processes designed to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including reporting confirmed CSAM to NCMEC (U.S.) or the appropriate authority in other jurisdictions, and cooperating with lawful investigations.

Get Vitals complies with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and all applicable child protection regulations.

7. How to Report

To report CSAE or other child safety concerns within the Get Vitals platform, please use the in‑app reporting options or email our designated contact above. To report content elsewhere on the internet, contact your local law enforcement and the appropriate child safety organization. In the U.S., you can file a report directly with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.
